Riverlodge Motel offers 11 comfortable and well-appointed units for you to choose from. All our units have LCD TVs with Sky and Freeview and free unlimited WiFi access; they are self-contained with most of them including cooking facilities.
The spacious access apartment in the rear building features an extra large open-plan living area suitable for group gatherings, family reunions or meetings. The four interconnecting units in this separate building sleep up to 13 people, and are a great choice for small groups. To accommodate a larger group, add on some of our other well-appointed units.

Amenities and Affiliations
Booking and Cancellation Policy
Reception hours: 8.30am–12pm and 2pm–8.30pm
Check-In: Check-in is available from 2pm till 8.30pm on the day of arrival. A valid ID and credit card details will be requested at check-in. The motel reserves the right to preauthorise the c/card details for the period of the stay.
Late Check-In: For check-in after reception hours please contact us in advance on (03) 548-3094 or email email@example.com to arrange a late check-in or key collection. Prepayment of the 1st night will be required. Guests who do not contact us may be charged a late check-in fee of ($50).
Check-Out: Is by 10am on day of departure.
Cancellation: Cancellation or modifications have to be made in writing (email). Up to 2 calendar days before the date of arrival there is no charge. If cancelled or modified in the 2 days before arrival or on the day of arrival full charges may incur. Cancellation policy also applies for early departure. Policy differs for group bookings of 10+ people or 4+ units.
Deposit/Payments: Reservation guaranteed by provided credit card. Balance of accommodation to be paid at check-in. Any extras to be settled before departure.
Policy for Group Bookings (applies to all bookings for 10+ people or 4+ units)
Reservation: To secure a group booking 30% of the total amount for the booking is required as deposit.
Cancellation: Cancellations and modifications can be made free of charge till 4 calendar weeks before the date of arrival. If cancelled or modified in the week before the date of arrival the whole amount for the booking may be charged.
Payments: The full booking amount less the deposit is due one calendar week before the date of arrival. Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer. For transfers please use the following account number and enter the family name, as used to make the booking, as Particulars. 38-9017-0807397-00.
Children: All children are welcome. Infants up to 2 years are charged $15 per night. Full rates apply for older children. A cot and highchair are available free of charge from reception, subject to availability.
Pets: We do not allow pets in our guest rooms. Exception guide dogs, please contact us before you book.
Smoking: All our units are smoke free. Please smoke outside, as far from open windows, doors and other guests as possible. In the event of smoke being detected in the room we reserve the right to charge the registered guest for costs incurred in returning the room to its non smoking status and any resulting loss of income.
Visitors: Visitors are permitted at the manager's discretion. Visitors may not outnumber guests, maximum of 4 visitors. Visitors have to be off the premises by 8.30pm.
Damage: The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all associated guests/visitors whilst on the property. Damage to the motel property and any costs associated with inappropriate behaviour resulting in loss of income to the motel, will be charged to the registered guest.
